Commercial Group FX (CGFX) is a global financial markets broker, with a presence and licensing in several countries. It was the first company to ever be registered in Jordan in 1998. The company later expanded and moved its operations to different jurisdictions to cater for global markets.

CGFX is regulated and authorized by the ASIC (Australian Securities & Investments Commission), FSC (Financial Services Commission), and SVGFSA (St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority). The client’s deposits and investment funds are completely segregated from the company’s operational funds and kept at world-class rated banks. You can preview our safety and security of funds document to know more.

 You can change your name by sending us an email to support@cgfx.com explaining why you wish to change it and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will then contact you about the status of your request. 

To change user preferences, residential details, or phone number, please access your profile page in The Portal Account page, make the changes you want and then click ‘update’.  

Please check the following before uploading: 

  • The size of your document does not exceed 25MB. 
  • The file is in one of the following formats: gif, jpg, tiff, png, doc, Docx, or pdf. 

If the error message persists, try clearing your cookies and cache or switching to another browser. If you continue to have issues, send your documents to support@cgfx.com and we’ll sort it out for you. 

You have the following options: 

 

  • If the ID document that you have already uploaded states your current address, then no other document is required. 
  • You can provide a bank/card statement, residency certificate, mobile phone bill, or tenancy contract. 
  • You can provide an additional ID document stating your current address. 
  • You can also provide us with a Proof of Residence document that is issued in the name of your landholder, parent, or spouse. Please specify whose name the Proof of Residence document is in when uploading the document to your portal account.

‘CFD’ means ‘Contract for Difference’, which is an agreement between the trader and the broker to exchange the difference between the price of an asset at the opening and closing of the trade. CFDs offer traders and investors an opportunity to profit from price changes without having to take ownership of the underlying assets.  

 

The main difference between CFD trading and Forex trading is that CFD trading involves different types of contracts covering a diverse set of markets, such as indices, oil, and commodities, whereas Forex offers pure currency trading. 

The Forex market is open 24/5, from Sunday evening until Friday night.  

There are three trading sessions you can trade according to: 

Asian session: 

Tokyo: 11 PM to 8 AM GMT – Sydney: 10 PM to 5 AM GMT 

London session: 7 AM to 4 PM GMT 

New York session: Noon to 8 PM GMT 

You can place different deals on different instruments. However, unless you have experience in trading, it is better to focus on one instrument to minimize the risk. 

We offer plenty of trading markets! Such as forex, metals, indices, shares, and commodities. You can follow each page link or find them in our main menu above in the markets section. 

Deposit & Withdrawal :

  • Go to the withdraw page within the ‘Payments’ section in the portal account. 
  • Select the payment method and click ‘Withdraw’. 
  • Select the trading account or the wallet you wish to withdraw funds from and complete the necessary fields. 

All withdrawal requests are processed by our Accounting Department within 24 hours. However, the time required for the funds to be transferred to your account will depend on the payment method used. 

  • Bank transfer: Between 3 – 5 business days. 
  •  Credit cards: Between 3 – 10 business days. 

Limits are set according to the trading account you choose. The minimum/maximum for each account can be found in the account overview section and your portal account. 

You can find all details on your transactions in your portal account by following the steps below: 

  1. Go to ‘My Transaction’. 
  2. Select the date, operation, and currency of the required transaction. 
  3. Click on search. 

USD and any other local currencies will be converted.  

If this is your first withdrawal, you should ensure that the withdrawal is made to the same card used to make your initial deposit. 

We do not charge a deposit fee. However, the withdrawal fee depends on payment providers.

DEMO account :

In a demo account you get to practice and experience trading without risking any money, while in a live account you bit your own money and might face some risks as trading is full of risks that’s why its prominent to fully our guides such as the daily technical analysis on our telegram.
